THE MAW'S

The grandmas are the backbone of this whole thing. They help keep the peace, the sanity, and everything else at bay. They are truly the highlight of mine and sadies life. They are not only mothers to me, but they are my great friends. When they are around, I am non existent to Sadie and in a sense it's a relief because I get the so needed break that I crave. Since D DAY, I haven't been able to work but one shift a week. Sadies treatment and care consumes my everyday. I have no other option. If it wasn't for all the funding through the government and sadies SSI benefits, we would be having it really hard right now. Mike is a tremendous help as well. All in all I am sadies primary care giver so when the maws show up I am more than willing to hand it all over. They have sat in on her spinals and bone marrows which is something I can't even do. They deal with throw up, bad poopies as Sadie calls it, the ups and downs of everything. They come over for sleep overs and hospital stays. They give me my strength and words if wisdom to pull me through the day. I learn so much from them and throughly enjoy there company when there around. We love you so much maw's.
